System capacity ranges from 1 to 10 MT per hour, with lead recovery rates reaching 95%. Integrated air pollution control and water treatment systems ensure full environmental compliance.

Lithium-Ion Battery Recycling

With the explosive growth of electric vehicles and portable electronics, spent lithium-ion batteries have become one of the most important secondary raw material sources. San Lan's li battery recycling equipment handles safe discharge, pre-crushing, secondary granulation, and precision separation to recover black mass (containing nickel, cobalt, and graphite), copper, aluminum, and plastic film. Capacities range from 500 to 2,500 kg per hour, with custom designs available for specific feedstock types.

Circuit Board and Cable Recycling

San Lan also manufactures circuit board recycling equipment with both dry and wet separation options, achieving copper powder purity of 96-98% and overall recovery rates up to 95%.
