Battery Recycling Lines

For battery recyclers, we offer complete lead acid battery recycling equipment lines that break and separate used batteries to recover acid, plastic shells, lead grids, and lead paste. Capacities range from 1 to 10 MT per hour. The system includes battery cutters, breaking and separation units, de-sulfurization systems, rotary furnaces for paste reduction, blast furnaces, lead refinery kettle furnaces, filter presses, water treatment plants, and air pollution control systems — all engineered to meet strict environmental requirements.

Our lithium battery recycling equipment handles waste Li-ion batteries at 500–2,500 kg per hour, separating black mass (containing nickel, cobalt, and graphite), plastics, copper, and aluminum. The line includes discharging units, pre-crushers, secondary granulators, black powder separation, magnetic separation, plastic pneumatic conveying, hydraulic briquetters, and dedicated air pollution control systems.

Cable and Metal Recovery

For metal and cable processors, our cable recycling equipment range includes scrap cable strippers for diameters from 1.5 mm to 150 mm, compact granulators with dry separators, wet separation plants, and heavy-duty shredders. Copper purity reaches 96–98%, and our plants are designed for stable, continuous operation with minimal dust emission.

E-Waste and Specialized Processing

We also manufacture circuit board recycling equipment with both dry and wet separation options, capacities from 300 kg/hour to 2,000 kg/hour, recovering copper powder and precious metals at rates up to 95%. Additional lines include CRT recycling machines, refrigerator and AC recycling plants, motor recycling machines, lamp recycling machines, metal melting furnaces, hydraulic press machines, and lithium ore extraction plants.
