For operators looking to refine lead paste into ingots, we supply rotary furnaces with lead recovery rates exceeding traditional blast furnace performance, along with de-sulfurization units that reduce sulfur content, lower melting temperatures, and cut SO2 emissions. Lithium Battery Recycling: Capturing the EV Revolution
As electric vehicle adoption accelerates, the volume of end-of-life lithium-ion batteries is growing exponentially. Our lithium battery recycling plant handles waste lithium batteries at 500–2,500 kg per hour. The automated process includes discharging, pre-crushing, secondary granulation, black powder separation, and magnetic separation of iron and steel. The output streams—black mass containing nickel, cobalt, and graphite; separated copper and aluminum; and plastic film—can all be reintroduced into the manufacturing cycle or sold to downstream refiners.

Circuit Board and Cable Recycling: Recovering Copper and Precious Metals
Printed circuit boards (PCBs) and scrap cables represent two of the most accessible entry points into e-waste recycling. Both material streams contain high-value copper, and PCBs additionally carry trace amounts of gold, silver, and palladium.
Our circuit board recycling plant with dry separator 500-2000kg/hour capacity achieves copper powder purity of 96–98% with recovery rates up to 95%. The dry separation process eliminates dust pollution through integrated cyclone and pulse bag dust collection, making it suitable for operations in environmentally sensitive areas. For operators processing boards with electronic components still attached, our wet separation lines handle capacities from 300 to 5,000 kg per hour.
For cable recyclers, we offer a full range of solutions from manual and automatic scrap cable strippers for large-diameter wire to compact and industrial cable granulators with dry separators.
