From Waste to Resource: The San Lan Approach

Our recycling philosophy centers on maximizing material recovery while minimizing environmental impact. For example, in a typical lead acid battery recycling equipment setup, batteries are first cut and drained, then crushed and separated into acid, lead paste, lead grids, and plastic. The lead paste undergoes de-sulfurization before entering a rotary furnace or blast furnace for smelting, producing crude metallic lead with recovery rates exceeding 95%. The crude lead is then refined in a kettle furnace to 99.999% purity.

Similarly, our cable recycling equipment line handles everything from thin communication cables to thick power cables. Scrap cable strippers pre-process large-diameter cables, while compact granulators with dry separators pulverize and sort smaller cables into clean copper or aluminum granules and plastic pellets ready for resale.

For electronic scrap, our circuit board recycling equipment uses a combination of crushing, air separation, electrostatic separation, and wet separation to recover copper powder, precious metals, and resin powder. The result is a highly efficient process that turns obsolete electronics into profitable raw materials.
