Lead Acid Battery Recycling
Used lead acid batteries remain one of the most recycled consumer products on the planet, but only when processed with the right technology. Our lead acid battery recycling equipment breaks and separates batteries into acid, lead paste, lead grid, and plastic. Capacities range from 1 to 10 MT per hour. The downstream smelting line includes rotary furnaces for paste reduction, blast furnaces with 95% lead recovery rates, de-sulfurization units to cut emissions, and refinery kettles that produce 99.999% pure lead. Lithium Battery Recycling
As electric vehicles and portable electronics proliferate, spent lithium-ion batteries have become a critical raw-material reserve. Our li battery recycling equipment handles the entire chain from discharge to final separation. The system breaks batteries and recovers black mass containing nickel, cobalt, and graphite, together with separated copper, aluminum, and plastic.
