Lead Acid Battery Recycling

Used lead acid batteries remain one of the most recycled consumer products on the planet, but only when processed with the right technology. Our lead acid battery recycling equipment breaks and separates batteries into acid, lead paste, lead grid, and plastic. Capacities range from 1 to 10 MT per hour. The downstream smelting line includes rotary furnaces for paste reduction, blast furnaces with 95% lead recovery rates, de-sulfurization units to cut emissions, and refinery kettles that produce 99.999% pure lead. We also supply air pollution control systems and water treatment plants to keep your facility compliant with environmental regulations.

Lithium Battery Recycling

As electric vehicles and portable electronics proliferate, spent lithium-ion batteries have become a critical raw-material reserve. Our li battery recycling equipment handles the entire chain from discharge to final separation. The system breaks batteries and recovers black mass containing nickel, cobalt, and graphite, together with separated copper, aluminum, and plastic. Throughput ranges from 500 to 2,500 kg per hour, and custom layouts are available to match your feedstock and space constraints. Auxiliary systems include plastic pneumatic conveyors, hydraulic briquetters with a 10:1 volume compression ratio, and dedicated air pollution control units.

Circuit Board and Cable Recovery

Printed circuit boards hold significant concentrations of copper and precious metals, yet they are often discarded in landfills. Our circuit board recycling equipment uses either dry air separation or wet water separation to liberate metals from non-metallic fractions. Depending on the model, you can process 300 to 2,000 kg per hour and achieve copper powder purity of 96% to 98% with a 95% recovery rate. For cable scrap, our cable recycling equipment and granulators separate copper or aluminum from plastic insulation cleanly and efficiently, turning wire waste into smelter-ready fractions.
