Core Recycling Equipment Lines

San Lan's complete lead acid battery recycling plant breaks and separates used batteries to recover acid, plastic shell, lead grid, and lead paste. Capacities range from 1 to 10 MT per hour. The system includes battery cutters, breaking and separation units, de-sulfurization equipment, rotary furnaces for paste reduction, blast furnaces, lead refinery kettles, air pollution control systems, and water treatment plants. Lead recovery rates reach 95%, with refined lead purity up to 99.999%.

The lithium battery recycling plant handles waste Li-ion batteries with capacities from 500 to 2,500 kg per hour. The process recovers black mass containing nickel, cobalt, and graphite, along with separated plastic, copper, and aluminum fractions. The line includes discharging stations, pre-crushing, secondary granulation, black powder separation, magnetic separation, plastic pneumatic conveying, hydraulic briquetting, and dedicated air pollution control systems.

San Lan offers both dry and wet separation circuit board recycling plants with capacities from 300 to 2,000 kg per hour. Dry process plants achieve copper powder purity of 96-98% with recovery rates around 95%. Wet separation systems can process PCB waste with components still attached. All configurations include dust collection or water treatment to ensure environmental compliance.

The cable recycling line includes scrap cable strippers for diameters from 1.5mm to 150mm, as well as cable granulators with dry and wet separators. These machines separate copper and aluminum from plastic insulation with high efficiency. Jelly-filled cable recycling plants are also available for specialized telecommunications cable processing.
