The integrated system breaks and separates batteries into four outputs: lead grid, lead paste, PVC/PP plastic, and hard rubber. downstream equipment includes rotary furnaces for paste reduction with higher recovery rates than traditional blast furnaces, blast cupola furnaces operating at up to 1800°C with 95% lead recovery, lead refinery kettles producing 99.999% pure lead, de-sulfurization units that reduce SO2 emissions, filter presses, water treatment plants, and air pollution control systems.

For operations requiring manual pre-processing, the hydraulic lead battery cutter HBC-045 cuts batteries into four parts and empties acid in just 45 seconds per piece. The refinery kettle furnace is available in natural gas, diesel, or electric heating configurations, with the electric version using near-infrared technology to save 30-50% energy.

Lithium Battery Recycling: Capturing Critical Metals

The dry separation plants use air separators, vibrating screens, electrostatic separators, cyclones, and pulse bag dust collectors to achieve copper powder purity of 96-98% with no dust pollution. All circuit board recycling lines can be scaled from 300 kg/hour up to 5,000 kg/hour based on project needs.

For cable scrap, San Lan manufactures a full range of equipment from manual scrap cable strippers handling diameters of 1.5mm to 150mm, to fully automatic cable granulators with dry separators. Beyond Core Recycling: Auxiliary and Support Equipment

For specialized applications, San Lan also produces CRT cutters using Ni-chrome heating wire or diamond cutting technology, refrigerator shredding and separating plants processing 20-30 units per hour with over 90% recovery rates for iron, copper, aluminum, plastic, and polyurethane, and lamp recycling machines that crush fluorescent tubes while capturing mercury through HEPA and activated carbon filters.

Lithium Ore Extraction: From Mine to Concentrate
