Our integrated systems include battery cutters, breaking and separation units, de-sulfurization machines, rotary furnaces for paste reduction, blast furnaces, lead refinery kettles reaching 99.999% purity, filter presses, water treatment plants, and air pollution control systems. Every stage is designed to meet strict environmental requirements while maximizing lead recovery rates of up to 95%.

Cable Recycling: Turn Scrap Wire into Copper Rice

Scrap cables are a rich source of copper and aluminum, but manual stripping is labor-intensive and inefficient. San Lan's cable recycling equipment includes scrap cable strippers handling diameters from 1.5 mm to 150 mm, as well as high-capacity cable granulators with dry and wet separation technology.

Our cable granulators achieve high purity separation of copper from plastic insulation, producing what the industry calls "copper rice" ready for direct smelting or resale. With capacities from 100 kg/hour to 1,200 kg/hour and compact designs suitable for factories or warehouses, these machines deliver fast return on investment for recyclers of all sizes.

Circuit Board Recycling: Extract Copper Powder and Precious Metals

Printed circuit boards contain copper, gold, silver, and other valuable materials, but they also include hazardous components that require careful handling. San Lan's circuit board recycling equipment uses advanced air separation, wet separation, and electrostatic separation technologies to achieve copper powder purity of 96–98% with recovery rates around 95%.

Our circuit board recycling plants handle capacities from 300 kg/hour to 2,000 kg/hour and include integrated dust collection systems to ensure a pollution-free working environment. Even PCB waste with electronic components can be processed efficiently.
