Lead Acid Battery Recycling Equipment
Used lead acid batteries remain one of the most recycled products in the world, but doing it profitably and safely requires precision engineering. Our lead acid battery recycling equipment handles the full workflow: cutting, breaking, separating, smelting, and refining. The battery breaking and separation system processes 1–10 MT per hour, cleanly separating lead paste, lead grids, plastic, and acid. For lead recovery, rotary furnaces handle 2–20 MT per batch with higher recovery rates than traditional blast furnaces, while our lead refinery kettle furnace produces 99.999% pure lead using energy-saving near-infrared heating. Integrated de-sulfurization and air pollution control systems keep emissions well within environmental limits.
Li Battery Recycling Equipment
The surge in electric vehicles and consumer electronics has created an urgent need for sustainable lithium battery recycling. Our li battery recycling equipment breaks down waste lithium batteries and separates black mass (rich in nickel, cobalt, and graphite), copper, aluminum, and plastic. Capacities range from 500 to 2,500 kg/hour, with complete lines including discharging stations, pre-crushers, granulators, magnetic separators, and black powder recovery units. Supporting equipment such as plastic pneumatic conveyors, hydraulic briquetters with 10:1 compression ratios, and dedicated gas scrubbing systems ensure safe, compliant operation.
Circuit Board Recycling Equipment
Discarded printed circuit boards contain more copper and precious metals per ton than many natural ores. Our circuit board recycling equipment uses advanced dry and wet separation technologies to recover these valuable materials. The WCBD-2000A air-separation plant processes 2,000 kg/hour with copper powder purity of 96–98%, while wet separation systems like the WCB-2000C can be scaled from 300 to 5,000 kg/hour depending on your throughput needs. All configurations run with automated mechanical processes, minimal dust, and stable, easy-to-operate controls.
