  • Lead Acid Battery Recycling
    Used car, truck, and industrial batteries contain lead paste, lead grids, plastic, and acid. San Lan's lead acid battery recycling equipment breaks and separates these components at capacities from 1 to 10 MT per hour. The system recovers acid, plastic shells, lead grids, and lead paste for further smelting. Optional downstream equipment includes de-sulfurization units, rotary furnaces, blast furnaces, and lead refinery kettles that refine crude lead to 99.999% purity.
  • Lithium Battery Recycling
    With the electric vehicle boom, spent lithium-ion batteries are becoming one of the largest new waste streams. San Lan's li battery recycling equipment processes 500-2,500 kg per hour through discharging, pre-crushing, secondary granulation, and black powder separation. The plant recovers black mass (nickel, cobalt, graphite), plastic film, copper, and aluminum. An integrated air pollution control system absorbs and neutralizes harmful gases, keeping emissions compliant.
  • Circuit Board Recycling
    Printed circuit boards hold copper, precious metals, and non-metal resin. San Lan offers both dry and wet separation circuit board recycling equipment with capacities from 300 to 2,000 kg per hour. Dry separation models such as the WCBD-2000A use air separators, vibrating screens, and electrostatic separators to achieve copper powder purity of 96-98% with a recovery rate around 95%. Wet separation options are available for boards that still carry electronic components.
  • Cable Recycling
    Scrap communication cables, power lines, and enameled wires are rich in copper and aluminum. San Lan's cable recycling plant uses cable strippers and dry granulators to separate metal from plastic insulation. Compact granulators with dry separators handle small to medium volumes, while larger plants process jelly-filled and armored cables continuously.
