Lead Acid Battery Recycling: Turn Used Batteries into Pure Lead
Used lead acid batteries are one of the most recycled products on earth. Our lead acid battery recycling equipment handles the full chain: cutting, breaking, separating, desulfurizing, smelting, and refining. The breaking and separation plant splits batteries into four clean fractions—lead grid, lead paste, PVC/PP plastic, and hard rubber—at 1 to 10 MT per hour. Our blast furnace recovers up to 95% of the lead from paste, and the refinery kettle delivers 99.999% pure lead ingots ready for battery makers to reuse.
Cable Recycling: Clean Copper Granules from Any Scrap
Cable scrap is valuable, but only if you can separate the metal from the insulation cleanly. Our cable recycling equipment includes granulators, wet and dry separators, and cable strippers for diameters from 1.5 mm to 150 mm. Capacities range from 200 kg/hour to 1,200 kg/hour and beyond. For specialized jobs such as jelly-filled cables, we design dedicated plants that handle gel insulation without clogging or contamination.
Circuit Board Recycling: Recover Copper and Precious Metals
PCBs carry high concentrations of copper, gold, silver, and palladium. Our circuit board recycling plant range includes wet and dry options. The WCB-2000C wet separator processes up to 2,000 kg/hour, even with electronic components still attached. The dry WCBD series uses air separation, electrostatic separators, and pulse-bag dust collectors to reach 96–98% copper powder purity with a 95% recovery rate and no dust emissions.
Lithium Battery Recycling: Capture the EV Wave
As electric vehicle adoption rises, spent lithium-ion batteries are becoming a major feedstock. Our lithium battery recycling plant processes 500–2,500 kg/hour, recovering black mass (nickel, cobalt, graphite), copper, aluminum, and plastic film. We also supply air pollution control systems, pneumatic conveying, and hydraulic briquetting to keep the operation safe and compliant.
