Battery Recycling Systems

Batteries represent one of the fastest-growing waste streams globally. Our lead acid battery recycling equipment handles the complete process from battery breaking and separation to lead paste desulfurization, smelting, and refining. Capacities range from 1 to 10 metric tons per hour, with lead recovery rates exceeding 95%. For the lithium-ion battery market, our Li battery recycling plants recover black mass (containing nickel, cobalt, and graphite), copper, aluminum, and plastic with throughputs of 500 to 2,500 kg per hour.

Circuit Board Recovery

Printed circuit boards (PCBs) contain some of the highest concentrations of valuable metals in the e-waste stream. Our circuit board recycling equipment uses both dry and wet separation technologies to extract copper powder with 96-98% purity, along with precious metals like gold and silver. Beyond batteries, boards, and cables, we manufacture specialized equipment for refrigerator and air conditioner recycling, CRT monitor cutting and glass separation, motor stator dismantling, lamp recycling with mercury capture, and multi-purpose shredders for size reduction.
